Delivery Loss / Damage Insurance
All items are brand new and checked tested & inspected before they are packed and leave the warehouse.
We take No responsibility for Post/Courier Loss/Damage claims unless the optional P&P carriage Insurance is paid before shipping.
Please Note: Any damage must be noted upon delivery when received and signed for.

Delivery / Shipping
The optional insured delivery is recommended in case of damage of loss of item, we take No responsibility for your item after dispatch unless the optional - Postal / Courier / Goods in transit insurance has been paid before dispatch.

Delivery to Northern Ireland - Scottish Islands larger items may have a “over water” surcharge - Please see listing for details or contact us for the additional cost.

Any damages caused in transit must be signed for upon receipt and reported to us within 24 hrs of delivery or this may affect the warranty / insurance claim.

We aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If so, please leave us positive feedback, it is greatly appreciated. If not please contact us immediately and we will rectify your issue as quickly as possible.

Your Guarantee & Warranty Service
We provide a 365 Day / 12 month Warranty for all listings from date of shipping unless otherwise stated. Returns are for faulty items only. We will only provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Important - your warranty return P&P Costs are Not refunded – (RTB Warranty), the item will be return to you Free of Charge when confirmed faulty and replaced/repaired by the manufactures or there service agents during the warranty term.

Please note that the handling of warranty returns & your guarantee will be processed fast if the item is returned in its original packaging and with a copy of the original PayPal payment packing slip you were sent with the item and your return address.

In the unlikely event that any parks or fittings are missing when the item arrives please notify immediately and we will dispatch them to you same day. Please contact us through the ebay.
